I started one-on-one sessions with Angela in May 2021.  My right shoulder in particular is very stiff following an arthroscopy some eight years ago.  I had been going to regular physio, but had stopped during the second lockdown.  I have been working with Angela now for five months, and am experiencing a significant improvement to my shoulder mobility and my upper body strength.  So much so that I do not currently feel a need to go back to the physio.  We are also working on muscle stretches and joint flexibility in my lower body, and again I am seeing a definite improvement, with the flexibility of my right and left leg muscles increasing and becoming more balanced.  Angela focuses on the needs of her client’s particular body and develops a programme centered on that client.  The exercises are also relatively straightforward so that it is possible to practice between sessions.
