Stretch and Relax Classes

Is your body feeling tight and stiff?

Would you like to relax your body and your mind?

Join us for a 75 min long session of stretching, releasing and relaxing.

We'll start off by gently getting your body moving, mobilised and warmed up, then move on to stretches to leave you feeling lengthened and looser from top to toe, before finishing with a blissful guided relaxation practice to clear and calm your mind.

We will work through various stretches and movements to release in to your legs, hips, back, shoulders, chest and neck.

Classes are held monthly face to face or online. Please get in touch to find out when the next class is scheduled for.

 

Class cost £10.
