1-1 SESSIONS

"I started one-on-one sessions with Angela in May 2021.  My right shoulder in particular is very stiff following an arthroscopy some eight years ago.  I had been going to regular physio, but had stopped during the second lockdown.  I have been working with Angela now for five months, and am experiencing a significant improvement to my shoulder mobility and my upper body strength.  So much so that I do not currently feel a need to go back to the physio.  We are also working on muscle stretches and joint flexibility in my lower body, and again I am seeing a definite improvement, with the flexibility of my right and left leg muscles increasing and becoming more balanced.  Angela focuses on the needs of her client’s particular body and develops a programme centered on that client.  The exercises are also relatively straightforward so that it is possible to practice between sessions. "

I offer private 1-1 sessions in the comfort of your own home or at a suitable local hall. Tailored specifically to you and your body. All government guidelines will be followed to ensure you can relax and enjoy your session.

After a thorough health history consultation I will tailor our sessions to suit you and your body on that particular day. Wether you want to free yourself from pain or be able to get yourself down and up from the floor safely, we will work together to achieve your goals.

1-1 Movement Therapy

Are you in constant pain?

Would you like to have more confidence in moving around? To safely pick something off the floor or to tie your shoe laces?

Are you suffering from a recent injury?

A movement therapy session is tailored to you and your body. It is a much slower approach to 'exercise'. We focus on bringing functional movement back in to your body and releasing areas of tension. Gently re-balancing and allowing you to work on moving freely again. A gentle and focused session that will make a huge difference! This is an hour for you to truly connect with your body and I will give you the tools you need to get it working functionally again. A block booking of sessions is highly recommended to truly feel the benefits.

£40 home visit (Travel expenses will be charged if outwith 5 miles of KY13)

£45-£50 hall booking depending on venue

1-1 Mat Pilates Sessions

 

Are you nervous about joining in a group class?

Do you have a specific goal you would like to work towards?

My 1-1 sessions are also suitable for people or couples that struggle to find time to attend a class.

​

I will tailor your sessions to suit you and your goals. You will get so much more out of these sessions than you would attending a group class. Includes a thorough consultation of your health history, and a personalised Pilates session tailored to your needs.

£40 home visit (Travel expenses will be charged if outwith 5 miles of KY13)

£45-£50 hall booking depending on venue

1-2 Mat Pilates Sessions also available for groups of 2 persons.
