Initial 6 week block booking £45. All mats and equipment can be provided or you can bring your own. Your initial 6 week block booking ensures your space in the class due to the limited class size. No refunds can be given for classes that are missed. Any missed classes can be made up by attending other classes on the timetable (pre arranged). Your missed classes can be made up at any time as long as you maintain your membership fees.

Whatever your reasons are, thank you for your interest in Realistic Pilates and I look forward to welcoming you to one of our local classes. We welcome real people with real bodies and we especially welcome beginners or even those who are completely new to exercise. Our classes are also suitable and gentle enough for those who have recently undergone surgery or are recovering from injury.

Our main aim in our Pilates classes is to re-balance your body by putting it back in to alignment whilst safely strengthening the deeper muscles of your core through small, controlled and gentle movements.

After class you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

Most of my clients are woman in their 60's who have joined to improve their back pain or stiffness in their bodies. I have many clients who have stayed with me for years after they have felt the amazing benefits of the class.

Nobody is 'too old' or 'too unfit' to join! This is the most frequently asked question I get from clients.

​

I began going to my own Pilates classes around 15 years ago to help with my chronic back pain. As I have been that person on the mat I know from experience how much it has changed my life and allowed me to manage my pain. I began teaching as I wanted to help others just as much as it helped me. Nothing gives me more joy than hearing how my clients feel 'so relaxed', 'lighter' 'looser' and 'like they can move again' after a class!

The cost for your initial 6 week block booking is £45. The first class of your block will be an induction. This is an hours class where I go over the techniques in detail so thereafter you can easily slot in to your regular class without feeling lost and having a good understanding of the class style.

Missed classes are non refundable however we are realistic and understand that sometimes life gets in the way, so we have developed a realistic package where as a bonus you will have access to an online class library as well as your hall space.  You are also welcome to make up any missed classes by attending another one on my timetable (space permitting and pre-arranged).
